Prague Carlsbad Pupp Classic 2026: Where Automotive Heritage Meets Fine Watchmaking
Some events are about far more than reaching a destination. What matters is the journey, the atmosphere, the people – and, of course, machines with stories of their own.
The Prague Carlsbad Pupp Classic 2026 is precisely such an occasion. The 17th edition of the international historic car rally will take place from 17 to 20 September 2026, once again connecting Prague, the Czech countryside and Karlovy Vary.

A Tradition More Than Fifteen Years in the Making
The story began in 2009, when Alessandro Pasquale, Marek Škréta and Radek Pokorný laid the foundations for the rally. Following an inaugural “zero edition”, the first official event took place in 2010, establishing a tradition that combines a passion for classic automobiles with competition and an elegant social programme.
Over the years, iconic automobiles have become symbols of individual editions, including the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing, Porsche 550 Spyder, Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta, Lamborghini Espada and Porsche 911.
From Prague to Karlovy Vary
The 2026 programme begins on Thursday, 17 September, with registration and technical inspection, followed by a Welcome Cocktail and opening dinner at the Rudolfinum in Prague.
On Friday, 18 September, the first competitive stage will depart from the Rudolfinum, taking participants through the Czech countryside towards Chýše and onwards to Karlovy Vary.
Saturday, 19 September, brings two further rally stages before the evening culminates at Grandhotel Pupp with a Champagne Toast Cocktail and black-tie Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony. The programme concludes on Sunday, 20 September, with a Sunday Brunch.
Where Motoring Meets Haute Horlogerie
Classic automobiles and mechanical watches share much more than may initially appear. Neither is simply a practical instrument. Both are expressions of engineering, precision mechanics, design, craftsmanship and passion.
