Delivery and return of goods

This document summarises information regarding the delivery of goods purchased from Art de Suisse and the conditions for returning them.
Delivery of goods
Art de Suisse offers the following delivery methods:
- Personal collection in the boutique (Karlovy Vary): free of charge, by prior arrangement.
- Delivery by courier within the Czech Republic: free of charge for orders over 10 000 CZK, otherwise according to the valid price list of the carrier.
- International delivery within the EU: by individual agreement according to the country of destination and the value of the order.
Goods are shipped in discreet packaging and are always insured for the full value of the shipment. Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment.
Right of withdrawal (return of goods)
In accordance with Section 1829(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
- The goods must not be worn, modified or otherwise damaged.
- Must be returned complete, including original packaging, certificates, instructions and tax receipt.
- The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer (Section 1820(1)(g) of the Civil Code).
Returns must be notified in advance in writing (e.g. by email to customer service). We recommend that you use the withdrawal form, a sample of which is provided below (Note: The sample form is not included here, it must be completed if necessary).
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the customer will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made, within 14 days, in accordance with Article 1832 of the Civil Code.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, a contract cannot be withdrawn from if:
- the goods have been customised (e.g. engraving, strap length adjustment, custom production);
- the goods have been sealed and the consumer has broken the protective packaging (e.g. for hygiene reasons).
Claims for goods
The customer has the right to claim defective goods according to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, and § 2099 et seq. of the Civil Code.
A claim may be made within 24 months of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
